• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Sweepstakes open to legal Kentucky residents who have reached the age of 18, except for the employees and families of the Kentucky Commerce Cabinet and its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies or any organization involved with the production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes. By entering the contest all participants aver and agree that they are eligible under this rule.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• All sweepstakes entries must be received via Backyard Treasures at www.myKentuckyBackyard.com . Submission of contest entry does not constitute a contract.
• The sweepstakes promotion begins May 1, 2008 and ends on or after Aug 14, 2008.
• Daily prizewinners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
• Grand prize winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.

• Winner will be notified via telephone. In the event the winner cannot be reached by phone, notification will be made via e-mail and/or U.S. postal service certified mail. Every reasonable step will be taken to make contact with the winning entrant. If, for any reason, contact with the winning entrant is impeded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Kentucky Department of Tourism, another entrant may be chosen as the winner.
• Prizes to be awarded:
daily prizes will vary but all have a minimum value of at least
$50.00. Grand prize is a Lake Cumberland House boat vacation
provided by State Dock. Minimume value $2400.00

• Odds of winning are dependent on total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.
• All prizes will be awarded. Prize is non-transferable. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents will be given except that the sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if deemed necessary for any reason.
• Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery and is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
• Prize consists of only the item(s) listed as part of the prize. Not included as part of the prize: food and beverages; merchandise and souvenirs; local and long distance telephone calls; gratuities, tips, service charges, taxes, parking fees, incidental expenses, insurance and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. All other costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow his name to be used and released by the Department of Tourism in the event that they are selected as a winner.
• All taxes, fees and other expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• By participating in this sweepstakes, entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agree to be bound by the decision of the judges and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
• Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue contest at any time.
• Sponsor may disqualify any contestant for any infraction of contest rules without any right of appeal of contestant and such decision shall be final.
• By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss, damage or expense arising from or in conjunction with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities, including travel.
